When ordering teamwear, sometimes the biggest challenge is getting everyone's sizes correct, collecting their personalisation details (if your teamwear company can facilitate this), keeping track of individual payments, and then making the payment of behalf of the school, club or team. Then there's checking the order when it arrives, sorting it out into individual orders and distributing it to everyone.
This process is even more challenging when maintaining social distance.
We can simplify this process with our private online stores! And it's easily done.
When you have finalised your teamwear design (or have chosen a pre-order product option from our store eg the current 2021 "Burgundy" Collection), we set up a private store with your school name. Inside are images of all the products chosen, size charts and payment options. We provide a link that you can share in a message to your school memebers and then parents, teachers and athletes can visit the store, choose their items and sizes, pay and checkout. Delivery can be to everyones home address individually or to one nominated address. For overseas schools, this means the order goes direct from the factory to you, reducing the carbon footprint.
The store remains open for as long as is requested. Manufacturing time is 15 working days (a little longer for jackets and zipped items) and a tracking number is provided so you always know where your delivery is.
As well as supplying teams and schools, we have supplied event merchandise for online events and performances, with items delivered individually ahead of the event itself.
