SKIN SHIELDS are a light weight, double layer, anti-blister training sock originally researched developed for Irish dancers, now worn by athletes across all disciplines involved in sustained levels of training. 

Featuring a double layer construction and an inside layer of Meryl Skinlife (an advanced mix of intelligent polyamide yarns), Skin Shields are proven to absorb friction, keep skin dry, reduce skin breakage and prevent blisters.

• Dual layer construction absorbs friction between foot and shoe 
• The inner sock is Meryl® Skinlife, an advanced patented fibre which maintains a natural balance on the skin, regardless of activity level.
• The outer cotton sock draws moisture away from the feet, keeping the skin dry and minimises skin breakage
• An arch grip supports the foot
• Soft-touch reinforced heel and toe, providing additional comfort and protection
• The flat seamless toe protects against blisters allowing athletes maintain their training schedule in comfort.

Fit Guide:

• Skin Shields are most effective when worn snug. 
• Pull the sock carefully to ensure the fitted heel is in place correctly
• Smooth out any wrinkles between the layers to ensure a snug, smooth fit.

Care Instructions: 

• Wash inside out - Machine wash 30 degree. 
• No bleach.  
• Do not tumble dry.
