Ladies Fit is semi-fitted. Size chart measurements are taken from the clothing (and not the body). Ideally, take a vest or tshirt your athlete currently wears and lay it flat. Measure from arm hole to arm hole and consult the chart. If you need help, watch the sizing video below or message us!
