Ladies fit is semi-fitted and smaller - XXS would fit a 9-11yr old.
If your dancer prefers a looser fit, choose the Unisex fit.
The sizing in the chart is from the tshirt (and not the body).
To Measure: Measure a tshirt or top that the dancer currently wears - lay it flat and measure the front chest (arm hole to arm hole) and compare to the chart. If in doubt, message us!
